Product Description
Castle Creations BEC 2.0 Waterproof BEC Voltage Regulator (15 Amp)
The Castle Creations CC BEC 2.0 WP was developed for racers, crawlers, and hard core bashers with an integrated 15 amp peak power regulator in a CNC machined, waterproof (WP) aluminum case. The BEC 2.0 WP can handle up to 14S without brake enabled or 12S with brake, making this a perfect choice for high voltage applications!
The CC BEC 2.0 features heavy duty, dual output wires that will provide clean power to sensitive radio equipment. Castle Link (not included) can be used to set the output from 4.75 to 12 volts, easily handling power hungry servos, cameras, and other accessories.
NOTE: CC BEC 2.0 should never be operated in series or parallel with another BEC or backup receiver pack connected to the RX/Servo side of the circuit.

Castle Creations 2.0 BEC
I bought this for four of my vehicles. All were a solder in affair. I let the guys at Small Addictions do that. Thanks John. As far as set up, it’s fairly straight forward. Once soldered in, the two leads serve a purpose. The two wire lead is your main power and is plugged into an unused battery or aux port on your receiver. The three wire connector is how you program the BEC, and according to Castle, should also be plugged in for best performance. The biggest thing to keep in mind, is that all components will support the voltage you are going to set this at. Default is 5.25v. I set mine at 8.25 and 8.5v. On my tx/rx with telemetry enabled, it shows a slight voltage drop. 8.25 will net 8.1v and 8.5 will net 8.4v. My main purpose was to power savox 2290 servos in crawlers and clodbuster with 4 wheel steer capability. So I needed all the voltage I could get directly from the battery. I give these 5 stars bcuz they perform exactly as designed and are a fairly easy install. Just make sure you have a receiver with enough channels. I run 5 & 6 channel receivers
