Featuring DE's "Sure-Lock" system, which is comprised of radial ribs that lock the wheel and foam insert together, many inconsistencies that come from an insert that is free to move around on its wheel are eliminated. Most noted in oval racing: the wheel pressing out from the center of the tire.
