Exotek Racing 1923 Clamping Motor Mount, 8IGHT-XE
The optional Exotek 8IGHT-XE Aluminum Cooling Motor Mount with Fan Mount is intended for use with the Losi 8IGHT-XE kits. These heavy duty clamping style motor mounts are machined from 7075 aluminum alloy and anodized black with bright silver chamfered edges. The clamping design allows for easy motor removal, making swaps and maintenance hassle free. The aluminum construction offers improved motor cooling due to the stock rubber gaskets being removed, allowing the motor heat to directly transfer through the mounts and into the chassis. A fan bar is included that attaches to the motor mounts allowing the use of a high powered 40mm cooling fan. The mount also lowers the motor position 1.5mm to provide a better center of gravity.
