Covid-19 Shut down

Due to the NY State Covid-19 shut down mandate of all non essential businesses, our retail store will be closed as of 5pm today. Our online shipping will NOT be affected. We will continue to ship all online orders as quickly as we can at this time. Our "Pick up in store" option will not be available during this shut down. We Thank You for your continued support and look forward to reopening our retail store as soon as we are able to.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Small Addictions RC are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Once a package has been received by the carrier, it is the customers responsibility to contact the shipping carrier for packages not received.

Small Addictions RC assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
