The Aerospatiale Alouette II was a light helicopter introduced in 1955 for the French Military. The first helicopter powered by a gas turbine engine, the Alouette II, set many speed and altitude records in 1956 and 1957. Over 1,300 Alouette IIs were produced and remained in front-line service until 1975. This beautiful 1/32 scale kit from Revell has 130 parts to produce a highly detailed replica of this historic aircraft. The finished model is 30.3cm long.
