Product Description
This is the Revell 1/25 '66 Chevy Fleetside. The year 1924 saw the first Chevy® pickup truck introduced to the market. Since then, the Chevy pickup has gone through countless changs, including a complete redisign in 1960. The 1960 model featured a new frame and suspension system that made the ride feel much more care like. The pickup truck had evolved into something more than just a working man's vehicle. The C/K line offered a variety of engine choices, but the 1966 Fleetside came with a 283 c.i. V-8 high-torque 175 horsepower engine. If you wanted to get one of these for yourself in this day and age, you would have to spend a large sum for a restored vehicle, or restore one yourself, still spending a lot of money. Thanks to Revell, you can have your own 1/25 scale model of the '66 Chevy® Fleetside for a mere fraction of the cost of the real thing.
